ABOUT ME

I'm Nick Simmonds and I started my first business at the age of 18. I've run different businesses and organisations since then and I've been coaching since 2002.

I was first introduced to the world of personal improvement in 1996 when I attended the Outlook course. It was life-changing for me, and led to me participating in many further courses. Before then I was fully focused on running my business while busy with a young family.

I had no idea how much I was operating on 'autopilot', how fixed was my mindset and how limiting were my beliefs and behaviours.

I've spent the last 25 years studying different elements of human behaviour, from neuroscience, to psychology, coaching and self-help.

And I've taken the most useful and effective learnings, created some concepts and models of my own, and put them in a course to support you make positive changes in your personal and professional lives.

Just because things may not be perfect in your life, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you, we just need to recognise that all of us are a 'Work in Progress'
